According to a statistical survey, only one in 69 rape cases in India are even reported. And when we talk about stalkers and eve teasers, the number is countless.
Why do people fear social repercussions so much? Why do they feel that their family pride and honor stands above everything, even if their own life is at stake. They are ready to endure atrocities but can't survive social humiliation.
Its time when people should act selfish and stand up for themselves. Stop caring about the social ethics. Be a ray of hope for others. Pepper sprays, umbrellas or sandal heels alone are not enough.
